The Best Berry Smoothie

This Berry Smoothie is literally the best smoothie you will ever make, made completely from scratch, I am sure you will love this as much as I do for a faaabulous morning pick me up.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup of Milk
  • 1 Tbsp Natural Yoghurt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 cup of Mixed Berries
  • 1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Linseed
  • 1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
  • Small handful of Cranberries

Put all the ingredients in a blender, blend and ENJOY!
